Construction Methods

A special concrete mix is used for all stamping jobs

All concrete is rated at 4,500 pounds per square inch
-
Fiber mesh is included in all pours for increased strength

Base preparation is 4 inches of compacted Class 5 limestone, sand, or other appropriate base materials

Wood and plastic forms are used to allow for curves in the design

#2 rebar is placed in the bottom two inches of the pour and set
every three to four feet on center

All concrete is poured at 4 inches or thicker

Expansion cuts will be cut in all concrete and will be at least 1/4 of
the thickness of the pour

All stamped pours will be sealed with two coats of quality,
ultraviolet resistant and TriGrip slip-resistant sealer
-
Any crack that occurs during the first year that is more than 1/8 of
an inch is considered a warranty item and will be repaired
